-Floor Wiper: 3 sets of 10; 135 pounds
-Dead Clean: 3 sets of 10; 40 pound dumbbell for the first set, then 45 pound dumbbell for the other two
-***Car Lift: 6 sets of 10
-***Strides: 4x150 yards
Thoughts:
-Pushup: Not that bad; doing it with a 20 pound weight vest made the 7-5 pushups a bit harder.
-Forward Lunge: Very easy. I wasn't challenged at all.
-Floor Wiper: This is a more complicated move, as you have to hold up a barbell while lying flat on the floor; bring your straight legs to one side then bring your legs back down; repeat to the other side. That is 1 rep. It was a bit challenging, but only because it was new. I'm going to add a lot more weight next time.
-Dead Clean: The dead clean is SO much easier than the press. I still had to stop a few times because it's a big cardiovascular movement as well, but overall I really enjoyed it.
-Car lift: This is a substitute for the Tire Flip. What I did was lift the back of my car until my wheels weren't taking any of the weight of the car. Then I held it for a second, and released.
Here is the car I lifted:
Be jealous...
-Strides: An extra of mine. Really easy; it was just to flush the toxins out.
Extra:
I did a Reiki Treatment on myself later today. Basically it helps me recover faster. For more information, click here to learn more about Reiki.
My overall thoughts: it was not nearly as hard as I thought it would be. I'm going to up the intensity tomorrow. That's not to say that I didn't sweat.
Let's see Gerard Butler look this good!
